Disney's Enchanted Queen Narissa Makeup

Hey everyone Ruby here with another makeup tutorial! This look is inspired by Queen Narissa, the villain in Disney's Enchanted. This was a contest entry for LA Splash Cosmetics on Instagram. Check us out on Instagram to see our posts for the contest! I decided to not recreate everything from her makeup and kind of just go with my own version. If you do decide to recreate this makeup for cosplay or a costume all you would need to do is add the longer bottom lashes and the blush. Of course an amazing costume to go with it.
