Once Upon A Time Evil Queen Makeup

Hey guys Ruby here with my next tutorial! This look is based on the makeup that the Evil Queen wears in some promotional images for the show Once Upon A Time on ABC. I am addicted to this show! I love all the makeup, costumes, actors and scenery. I feel like I'm watching a movie whenever it's on. The Evil Queen/Regina always looks amazing and I love that they change her hair and makeup as much as possible. Anyways, this makeup tutorial was pretty easy to do just takes a little time to perfect certain things. Hope you enjoyed and stay tuned for Snow White's look.
