Hey everyone! Ruby here with a makeup tutorial inspired by The Countess on American Horror Story Hotel. This new character is being portrayed by the one and only Lady Gaga and she looks gorgeous! She has been sporting different looks from the images that have been released. I based this look mostly on her Entertainment Weekly cover and the picture where she's wearing a dark magenta dress.
