The Flash - Killer Frost Inspired Makeup

Hey everyone! This is a character that is going to appear in the CW show The Flash. If you haven't watched this show yet you should! It is so amazing and it keeps you on the edge of your seat the entire time. Some pictures were recently released for Killer Frost which we are assuming is alternate world version of Caitlin.
